Care Instructions

To keep your Paper Houses Design products last we suggest you stick to our wash care instructions. As we have a range of products you will find these instructions here -

  • FORM Cushions / Wash Bags / Cases / Tote Bags - For the best result hand wash, however, if you wish to machine wash do this at 30° with a medium spin. Hang on line to dry immediately, please do not tumble dry. For cases/washbags pull the lining out when drying and clip it to the line at the bottom. For cushions when hanging to dry unzip and clip one side to the line, making sure not to squish the zip in the pegs.

  • SIGNALS Cushions / Cases - Dry clean

  • SIGNALS Tote Bags - For best result hand wash, however if you wish to machine wash do this at 30° with a medium spin then hang on the line to dry immediately, please do not tumble dry.

  • Silk Scarves - Dry clean.

  • Lampshades - Dust lightly or wipe with a very slightly damp cloth if dirty.

  • Wheat Pillow - Spot clean or hand wash cover.

  • Screen Printed Cushions - Dry Clean or Hand Wash only.

Buy a Wall Hanging + Plant a Tree

We’re working with EForests to plant a tree for each Wall Hanging sold. By doing this we hope to help repopulate any wood used in the making of our products. The funds for a tree will be put aside each time and we will transfer to EForests once a quarter. This will fund them to plant trees in the UK where they are needed. We know trees are good for our environment and health as well as supplying vital materials for many of our day-to-day products. We hope by supporting the planting of trees that this will help any negative effect of using their natural resource. Each year we will compile a report so you can see where the trees have been planted. Find out more about EForests here.

Pricing, Postage Cost + Availability

All prices are shown on product pages, please select options you wish e.g. colour etc. to see the price. Postage costs are calculated at the checkout. If your location is not in our list of options please email us for a delivery quote. Please check product pages for turn around times and check if the item is in stock or made to order. Accuracy of the Content

All content is accurate to the knowledge of Paper Houses Design. However due to variation in screen settings some colours may look slightly different. We strive to show a true colour likeness on our website but we cannot account for your own computer screen settings.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

  • Can be cancelled at anytime before date is set with a full refund

  • Cancellations 2 weeks before set date will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before set date will receive a 60% refund

  • Cancellations between 6 to 3 days before set date will receive a 40% refund

  • Cancellations between 2 days before and up to the set date will not receive a refund

  • Date can be re-arranged anytime up to 7 days before original date
